United Appliance Servicers Association is excited and diligently planning 2023 Annual Service Training Institute (ASTI) which will take place in San Antonio, Texas, February 1-5th, 2023 at the gorgeous Marriott Rivercenter. ASTI offers Independent Servicers business classes to help grow their business and become more efficient and profitable as well as numerous classes giving them the opportunity to learn the latest techniques to repair ever-evolving high-tech appliances. In addition to training, another benefit to attending the ASTI is the networking opportunities and the chance to connect with various people in the industry such as peers, manufacturers, and suppliers. Attendees report that each year they leave the convention feeling confident and armed with the knowledge to run a more effective and productive business.
Trade Associations such as United Appliance Servicers Association (UASA) were created to fill the need for training as manufacturers continue to cut their budgets, their OEM factory training opportunities are cut as well. ASTI is the leading training event in the appliance service industry with technical and business training offered by manufacturers and industry leaders. ASTI is known for presenting a very impressive line-up of over 200 classes, offering attendees intense training from vendors. Hands-on, factory training on current and new models and technology are presented all in one location. Classes begin bright and early on Wednesday morning, February 1st.
In addition to the various technical training classes offered, numerous new and exciting business management classes will be offered. Various Software classes and user meetings will also accompany Basic and Advanced classes. Attending these classes at ASTI can save you the hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars that it would cost if you were to attend them, or send an employee to attend them separately elsewhere. These classes provide a training curriculum geared towards owners, service managers, customer service representatives and technicians alike.
In addition to all of the technical, business and software classes there is also a large Trade Show with over 65 vendors that servicers do business with every day. You can meet with manufacturer representatives as well as see demonstrations on the latest software systems to help you run your business more proficiently. Network with successful servicers that have like-minded goals and businesses just like yours, from all over the country. Each year we hear how much people love attending ASTI and appreciate all of the classes and training, as well as reuniting with the friends that they have made over the years and how much they look forward to the new relationships they continue to build year after year. Many servicers have formed Peer Groups out of these relationships to help each other thrive and grow not only their business and as business owners but as individuals as well.
ASTI provides a strong and compact line-up of training at a very reasonable price for UASA Members. This includes five full days of training classes, Industry Trade Show, all breakfasts and lunches, a cocktail reception on the Trade Show floor on Friday evening and a dinner banquet on Saturday evening as well as multiple various networking opportunities. Many attendees bring their families and extend their ASTI experience into a vacation, as the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, is a premier location featuring the city’s authentic culture! This unrivalled event is highly anticipated and is a great opportunity to improve every aspect of your business. Find out more at www.ASTI.us or www.UnitedServicers.com.
