Professionalism is of the utmost importance to any business, but especially those in the service industry. The United Servicers Association has launched a new program designed to clearly identify what professionalism should look like and also provide a tool to ensure adherence.

Our goal is to highlight the very best companies through a stringent level of vetting in conjunction with Sub-Zero. Those top-notch companies will then qualify for special benefits and discount.

  • Ability to process warranty parts through Service Bench during the 6 to 12 year extended parts warranty period

Requirements of the Approved Member Program

  • Application fee – $250.00
  • Business landline
  • Live support staff
  • Active, modern website
  • Customer response within 24 hours
  • Use of genuine Brand replacement parts
  • Use of business management software
  • 1 year or more parts warranty
  • 90 day or more labor warranty
  • 4-hour Sub-Zero training at ASTI
  • Business paraphernalia photos
  • *Insurance coverage
*Insurance coverage limits with bodily injury liability coverage of at least $500,000/$1,000,000 and property damage liability coverage of at least $100,000, and (c) comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.

*This application is for 1 year as an Approved Member. After that, a $100.00 annual maintenance fee will apply.

**For Mr. Appliance Franchisees: This $250 application fee is for 1 year as an Approved Member and is paid by Mr. Appliance. After that a $100 annual maintenance fee will apply.
