
DISHWASHING CHEMISTRY

Have you been called to a customers house to “fix” a dishwasher when there is nothing “wrong” with the machine. We call those “education calls” and they can be difficult as the consumer truly believes the problem is the machine. In this class you will learn about the other issues that impact the result of the machine like water temperature, water hardness and Chemistry of the products the consumer is using. This will help you educate the consumer quickly so you can move on to the next job. We will also talk about Drying issues with new Dishwashers and how to overcome. This class will have a highly interactive Q&A time and hope you will bring real life examples of issues you are seeing so we can help educate the consumers.
