He will discuss Ground-Fault Circuit-Interrupters (GFCIs) and Arc-Fault Circuit-Interrupters (AFCIs) are becoming more common in the home.  While these devices are meant to protect the consumer, GFCIs and AFCIs can also nuisance trip, where no safety hazard exists but the device trips anyway, cutting power to the appliance.  Learn about causes of nuisance tripping, how to talk to electricians, and ways that you can make a difference in electrical codes.
